We are a network of Dutch organisation active in the water sector. Each organisation has its own experiences in the Balkans and specific capabilities with respect to the various domains. With the Hydro 2.0 Initiative we strive to collaborate and seek complementarity as to bring a unique combination of domains together.The Balkan Hydro 2.0 initiative brings together the right blend of capacities and Balkan experiences of experts in different disciplines: engineering, economics, environment, hydrology, water sanitation, irrigation, local level planning, accountability, political science, legal frameworks, and cultural affairs.
